Refund Policy
Last updated 5 October 2026
Ask within 14 days of a payment and you get it back, no explanation needed. If Aurora Flow is broken for more than 72 hours, that billing period is on us whenever you ask.
The 14-day rule
Not happy with Aurora Flow? Email within 14 days of a payment and it is refunded in full. No reason required. This covers your first payment and any renewal.
If it stops working
Aurora Flow operates Google Flow's own interface, and Google changes Flow without notice. If such a change makes Aurora Flow unusable for more than 72 consecutive hours, you are entitled to a refund or credit for that billing period — however long ago you paid. Just tell us.
Cancelling
Cancel any time and the subscription will not renew. Cancelling does not by itself refund the period you are in; access continues until it ends. If you want a refund as well, say so and the 14-day rule applies.
What cannot be refunded
- Google Flow credits. Aurora Flow generates nothing itself — it spends the credits on your own Google account. We cannot refund credits Google has consumed. Contact Google about those.
- Third-party API charges. If you use the Prompt Studio with your own Gemini or OpenAI key, those providers bill you directly.
- Payments older than 14 days, except under the 72-hour rule above.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout and mention the date of the payment. That is all we need.
We aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method — usually a few business days, though your bank may take longer to show it.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, email first. A refund is almost always faster than a chargeback, and we would rather fix the problem than argue about it.
