Terms & Conditions
Last updated 5 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Aurora Flow, a Chrome extension published by Aurora Flow, contactable at [email protected]. Installing or using it means you accept them.
1. What Aurora Flow is
Aurora Flow automates repetitive actions inside Google Flow on your behalf. It submits prompts you have written, attaches reference images you have saved, and saves the resulting files to your computer.
It generates nothing itself. Every image and clip is produced by Google Flow, using your own Google account and your own credits. We are not party to your relationship with Google.
2. What you need
- A Google account with access to Google Flow, and enough credits for the work you ask for.
- Chrome, or another Chromium browser with extension support.
- For the optional Prompt Studio, your own Gemini or OpenAI API key. Charges from those providers are yours.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the prompts you write, the reference images you upload, and what you generate. You must not use Aurora Flow for material that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that breaches the terms of any service it operates on your behalf.
Automating a third-party service may be restricted by that service's own terms. Any consequence to your Google account arising from your use of Aurora Flow — rate limiting, suspension, lost credits — is yours and not ours. If that is not acceptable to you, do not use it.
4. Subscriptions and billing
There is a free tier and a paid Pro subscription at $2.99 per month. Payments are processed by Paddle, acting as merchant of record; your payment contract is therefore with Paddle and Paddle's terms apply to the transaction. Charges may appear on your statement with a Paddle reference.
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the period already paid for. We may change the price of future periods and will give at least 30 days' notice by email first.
5. Refunds
Covered by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Availability, and the fact that this can break
Aurora Flow works by operating Google Flow's own interface. Google can change Flow at any time without notice, and such a change can stop Aurora Flow working until an update ships. We work to restore compatibility promptly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
If Aurora Flow is unusable for more than 72 consecutive hours because of such a change, tell us and that billing period is credited or refunded.
We may also discontinue Aurora Flow. If we do, billing stops and nothing is charged for any period after the service ends.
7. Licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for as long as your subscription is active. You may not resell it, redistribute it, share licence keys, or work around its licensing. You may not decompile or reverse engineer it except where the law allows regardless of agreement.
8. Liability
Aurora Flow is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law permits we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, lost generation credits, or action taken against your account by a third-party service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Where we are liable, total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Ending access
You may stop using Aurora Flow and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, for failed payment, or where required by law or by a platform we depend on.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated; the date above shows when they last changed. Material changes affecting paying customers are notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
